The area has been inhabited since historic times, as evidenced by the stilts found on the Island of Garda and on the western shore of San Felice del Benaco. The settlement continued in Roman times, as witnessed by the altars built into the outer wall of the parish church of San Felice.

A surcharge of €100,00 to €400,00 may be charged if the organizational part is more complex or longer than usual.
