Wedding in Verona

The name of Verona is well-known throughout the world because of Shakespeare's tragedy, Romeo and Juliet. The places where the two young lovers lived and died are visited by thousands of tourists and lovers every year.

The wedding in Verona can be celebrated in

- the famous Juliet’s house, only a few paces from Piazza Erbe. A small marble balcony records the most famous verses of Shakespeare's tragedy, in which Romeo declares his love for Juliet as she stands on the balcony. This was the house where the beautiful Juliet lived. It probably dates back to the 13th century.
- In the beautiful “Guarienti Hall” in a stunning  frescoed room located in the cloister of the former monastery of the Friars Minor, which was built in 1230. According to tradition, there is a sarcophagus in the monastery’s crypt that holds Juliet’s remains.
- In the “Cappella dei Notai” in a room full of beautiful painting and frescos from the most famous painters from the XVII century. It is  the most prestigious chamber in the Palazzo della Ragione, is situated on the first floor of what was then the tower of the Masseria,
- The splendid Sala Arazzi (Tapestry Room), located on the main floor of Palazzo Barbieri, a Neoclassical building inspired by ancient Roman temples, in the world famous Piazza Bra in the centre of Verona.
